Bennington Health & Rehab Welcomes Tabitha Davis-Barron

Bennington Health & Rehab, a member of the Revera Health Systems family, is pleased to announce that Tabitha Davis-Barron has joined the staff as an Occupational Therapist. Tabitha will be working full-time and also on Saturdays, thus extending the center’s occupational therapy coverage to seven days per week.

Prior to coming to Bennington Health & Rehab, Tabitha worked for two years as an Occupational Therapist at Preferred Therapy Solutions. Tabitha was responsible for performing patient evaluations/screens, as well as general occupational therapy. Tabitha also has experience as a phlebotomist, having worked at Glens Falls Hospital. She received her Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Sage Graduate School.

As an Occupational Therapist at Bennington Health & Rehab, Tabitha is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of various diagnoses that limit functional independence. She works with patients to identify their range of motion, strength, pain, sensation and coordination after accident or illness. Tabitha’s goal is to use state-of-the-art rehab techniques to get patients home as quickly and as safely as possible, thus allowing them to regain their independence and way of life.
